Most students don't dare venture to the south end of campus once they move out of the dorms. If we can't even get students to pack into Ford Stadium for a football game, how in the world does the school expect to draw students to the Meadows Museum? Though I am happily heterosexual, I cannot stand by and watch the injustices taking place in California. Simply, I am deeply saddened by the passing of Proposition Eight and other anti-gay marriage amendments passed in Arizona and Florida. As a heterosexual, I do not feel that it is my right to impose my preferences on people who don't share those preferences with me. (4) comments
Everyone knows someone who would go to any extreme to win a game. It's the competitive gene that some individuals possess that will drive them to paint their bodies blue and orange, wear a wedge of cheese proudly atop their heads, sing the Pony Battle Cry terribly off tune and even throw punches at fans of the rival team.
