Men's soccer rolls over UCF

This Friday, SMU Service House (SMUSH) put on their 2nd Annual Luau for the SMU community. Held at the Dedman Rec Center, the luau featured traditional Hawaiian food, sand volleyball, Frisbee, a raffle sponsored by SMUSH and traditional Polynesian dancing. (0) comments

The Muslim Student Association held its seventh annual Ramadan banquet Friday night. The banquet marked the end of the organization's Fast-a-Thon, which raised over $10,000 for UNICEF's assistance in Darfur. "The event was a good way to raise awareness about Ramadan and our religion, but it is also for a good cause," MSA member and sophomore biology major Moizza U-Kui said. (0) comments

SMU held its annual Graduate and Professional Day Fair on Monday. Sixty universities attended the event to promote all types of graduate education. Students who visited the fair received information about anything from health care education to law school. Although the fair was moved to the Umphrey Lee Ballroom this year as opposed to Hughes-Trigg, a surprising number of students still attended. (0) comments
