Six months after their son was found dead in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house, Jacob Stiles' parents are demanding answers from SMU officials. Their pleas are similar to those made earlier this week by the father of Meaghan Bosch, who was found dead in a portable toilet outside of Waco on May 14.

SMU has announced the membership of a drug task force created in the wake of three drug and alcohol deaths this past school year.
Dean of Student Life Dee Siscoe and Associate Provost Tom Tunks are the co-chairs of the committee, according to information on the official university website.

Men's soccer player Jordan Mann died unexpectedly at his Prairie Village, Kan. home Saturday, May 26. He was the third SMU student to die in May and the fourth to die during the 2006-07 school year. An autopsy conducted by the local medical examiner was inconclusive. (0) comments
First-year student Jordan Crist died from acute alcohol poisoning according to a report released today by the Dallas County Medical Examiner. Crist had a blood alcohol level of 0.4 - five times the legal limit. Guidelines and charts from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said that at least 15 drinks would be necessary to have a BAC that high. (0) comments
Dallas Police have apprehended a "person of interest" in the death of senior Meaghan Bosch, but still have not named a suspect in the case. James McDaniel, a 46-year-old parolee, is being held at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center on a sexual assault charge unrelated to Bosch's death. (3) comments
